SummitCove.com is the leading independant Property Management Company in Keystone Resort. We manage over 100 properties in the Keystone Colorado area and are a family owned business. Assistant Property Manager - Assist in the daily operations of SummitCove. Guest relations manager, owner liason, emergency/after hours backup. The ideal canidate will have hotel / lodging management and/or retail experience. Some weekend and overnight on-call hours are required. Must be highly energetic, and customer service oriented. Prefer resident of Summit County Colorado, but not required. Must have practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

PHP/MySQL Software Engineer - 3+ yrs experience in developing MySQL / PHP custom web applications. Ideal canidate will have some experience in developing web 2.0 type appliations and have 3+ years experience in the following areas: PHP development, MySQL experience and administration, HTML, XML, understanding of UNIX, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, PHP5. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle changing priorities in a deadline driven environment. Must have practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
