Keystone Colorado Real Estate

Thinking of buying real estate of your own in Keystone Colorado?  You found the right place.  Since we only market and manage Keystone Colorado properties in Keystone Colorado, we are the experts in Keystone real estate and know the local market very well.

You may be asking yourself, why real estate in Keystone?  Why not buy real estate in Breckenridge?  We honestly believe that Keystone offers by far the best return on your investment after considering appreciation rates and rental income potential.   Historically, Breckenridge has spent the most on marketing nationwide of any ski resort in the United States.  As a result of the multi-million dollar marketing effort, prices are higher, monthly dues are more expensive, and the skier visits are around 1.4 million per year.  In contrast, without the same level of marketing, Keystone real estate has lower prices, lower monthly dues, and the skier visits are still above 1 million per year.

Keystone Resort caters to the younger crowd with arguably the best terrain park in the country as well as the family crowd with the numerous family activities in the resort area.  Keystone Resort has done an outstanding job of marketing to and receiving the visitors of every age group.  Furthermore, the highly targeted marketing brings visitors back year after year when they discover the hidden gem of Keystone Colorado.

The rental potential in Keystone Colorado is huge.  Although the actual sleeping capacity in Keystone and Breckenridge is unknown, it is obvious just by driving through Keystone and Breckenridge that there are far fewer condos and properties to stay in Keystone.  When you think about roughly the same number of skiers per year visit Keystone Resort as they do Breckenridge, it becomes obvious that the demand for ski vacation rentals is much higher in Keystone.

The last expansion in Keystone was completed in the 1990s with the result being the beautiful River Run Village at Keystone.  Preliminary plans exist today to add more ski lifts in the Keystone Gulch area, which will lead to further real estate opportunities in Keystone in the coming years.  Furthermore, Keystone already has approval to expand the River Run Gondola further into the village in the next few years, making the real estate investment opportunity quite big for the area.

Obviously, Keystone Resort has already undergone big real estate booms in the 1970’s and 1980’s, but there is still much growth to come in the future and many real estate opportunities still exist today.  In the next 15 years, the Keystone and Montezuma Valleys are primed for a real estate explosion.  We would like the opportunity to help you find the investment property that perfectly fits your needs and blows away your expectations.

Although we do not sell real estate in Keystone ourselves, we work with a team of hand-picked professionals that we fully trust and rely on every day. We feel that they have your best interest at heart and will work very hard to make sure that you receive only the highest quality service and not try to sell you something you don’t want or can’t afford.
